Howell Police Athletic League

This program is designed to be a self-improvement program. The objective is to improve your own personal times each week they are recorded, while building stamina and strength, through the various activities covered during the course of the program. A long distance lane will also be provided for those who are interested in this field of training. Tentative Schedule of Events Week 1: Introduce and practice the 50, 100, 200 & 400 meter events Week 2: Introduce baton passing & relay Week 3: Begin recording times for the 50, 100, 200 & 400 meter events Week 4: Practice baton event and continue timing events Week 5: In house track meet! Don't miss the 15 minute warm up session - designed to reduce the possibility of injury Please have participant wear sneakers, loose attire * provide your own water bottle. ***Please use bathroom facility prior to attending program***

This is will be a magical night of wellness! We have some very talented Reiki healers, sound healers and yoga instructors who will be donating their time and energy to give some healing and positive vibes to our community. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and wear comfy clothes. Light refreshments will be served too. If it rains we will have a rain date of Saturday May 18th from 6pm-9pm. If it rains that day we will just bring it inside on Saturday. A suggested donation of $20 or whatever you can afford is appreciated.

This camp is for the person that has little to no experience playing golf. Participants will be introduced to the game of golf. We will go over Grip, Poster and Alignment (GPA) which is the basis for doing anything in golf. Plenty of golf balls will be hit during clinic! The last day of the camp we will spend on an actual course to introduce the Participants to the etiquette of golf. There will be two price options for the camp. $200 camp session that includes lunch M-Th (must bring their OWN golf clubs) Monday-Thursday the camp will take place at Eagle Oaks golf and Country Club from 9:00 am-12:00 pm with lunch included (20 Shore Oaks Drive, Farmingdale NJ 07727). On Friday all will meet in the evening at Cruz Farms Country Club located at 55 Birdsall Rd. Farmingdale NJ time TBD. On Friday any family members are welcome to golf with their son/daughter. Please be sure to have your cell phone listed in your online account and check the box that you can receive SMS text! *Campers should wear suitable clothing, hat, sneakers and bring water bottle with name* *No makeups unless multiple days are rained out*

We will be exploring the following: What are chakras? Why its important to know. Where are they located in the body? Practical tips to unblock and rebalance your energy. Self Reiki and activities and affirmations. This program will be taught by SF2 Coaching and Reiki, LLC.

Clinic will stress individual self-improvement drills, competitions, and games! Clinic will be taught by Coach Ribon, Middle School North Field Hockey Coach and Coach Johnson, Middle School South Field Hockey Coach. Flow Yoga is a relaxing workout that is a complete detoxification and toning of all the muscles in the body. It massages all organs in the body while increasing flexibility & lubrication of the joints, ligaments, & tendons. Yoga improves circulation, stimulates the abdominal organs, and puts pressure on the glandular system of the body, which can generally result to better health. All state mandated guidelines concerning COVID-19 will be followed!

Whether you are a beginner or skilled player in football, this camp is for you! The camp is geared toward the skill positions of quarterback, running backs, wide receivers, linebackers, and defensive backs. Camp will also cover increasing your football ability and speed techniques. Price includes shirt and lunch each day! Please arrive on time and promptly be picked up at 11:00am. Campers should wear shorts and a t shirt, hat, and sneakers. Also bring multipurpose round cleats. Metal cleats will not be allowed. Bring water bottles with names on bottles & mouth piece.
