The PAL offers a variety of high quality sports and co-curricular activities with experienced coaches and advisors throughout the year.
This mentoring program is available to high school and middle school students. Meetings are held twice a month for each age group.
Whether you are a beginner or skilled player in football, this camp is for you! The camp is geared toward the skill positions of quarterback, running backs, wide receivers, linebackers, and defensive backs. Camp will also cover increasing your football ability and speed techniques. Price includes shirt and lunch each day!
Please arrive on time at 8am and promptly be picked up at 11:00am. Campers should wear shorts and a t shirt, hat, and sneakers. Also bring multipurpose round cleats. Metal cleats will not be allowed. Bring water bottles with names on bottles & mouth piece.
