When a disaster hits, Howell PAL is one of the few PAL chapters that has a disaster relief team.
Stay active by signing up for one of our Adult Programs! These programs promote physical fitness and mental awareness.

The PAL offers a variety of high quality sports and co-curricular activities with experienced coaches and advisors throughout the year.
This mentoring program is available to high school and middle school students. Meetings are held twice a month for each age group.

Week 1 Trips
July 1st Climb Zone in Howell
Please make sure children wear sneakers and a parent fills out an online waiver from the Climb Zone website PRIOR to the trip date or your child will not be able to participate once they get to the facility.
July 3rd Art Around the Corner in Freehold
Children will paint a canvas with the help of the art staff – not mandatory but advised to bring a smock or old t-shirt to wear.
Week 2 Trips
July 7th Lazer Tag setup by the Gaming Truck @ MSN
July 9th Bowling at Knob Hill
Bring snack money
July 11th Dave & Busters in Woodbridge

Week 3 Trips
July 14th Silverball Arcade in Asbury
Lunch is included on this this trip
July 16th Monmouth Heights Swim Club in Freehold
All children have to be able to swim unaccompanied. Please apply sunscreen and bathing suit at home. All must bring a towel and a change of clothes. Lunch will be served at the pool club.
July 18th Fireball Mountain in Wrightstown
PAL will send a link to fill out a waiver prior to the trip. Please keep an eye out in your email for that waiver form. All children must wear closed toed shoes and bring a brown bagged lunch with their name on it.
Week 4 Trips
July 22nd Studying Our Natural Aquatics Resource in Howell
Children will take a nature walk around the reservoir, a boat ride in the lake and partake in a nature experiment. All must bring a brown bagged lunch with their name on it.
July 23rd Urban Air in Hazlet
Please make sure children wear sneakers and socks and a parent fills out an online waiver from the Urban Air website PRIOR to the trip date or your child will not be able to participate once they get to the facility. Please bring a brown bagged lunch with your child’s written name on it.
July 25th Rock N Air Adventure Park in East Brunswick
Please make sure children wear sneakers and socks and a parent fills out a paper waiver sent from the PAL office prior to the trip date. Please keep an eye out in your email for that waiver form or your child will not be able to participate once they get to the facility. Please bring a brown bagged lunch with your child’s written name on it.
Week 5 Trips

All children have to be able to swim unaccompanied. Please apply sunscreen and bathing suit at home. All must bring a towel and a change of clothes. Please bring money for the snack stand.
July 29th Jackson Crossing Golf in Jackson
Children will play miniature golf and snack will be provided by the facility.
July 30th Monmouth Heights Swim Club in Freehold
July 31st George the Magician @ MSN
Includes bubble show, magic show and a magic wand.
