  • Boys Lacrosse Summer Skills Clinic

    Skill sessions will be run by the Howell HS coaching staff as well as alumni and current college players. Positional skill work and development will be the focus. Come get reps! Make sure to bring a helmet, gloves, sticks and cleats! Please choose carefully as we are offering the 3 day clinic OR you can just register for 1 or 2 dates!

  • Headd Strong Boxing

    Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing is a yearly program that develops the youth in discipline, leadership, and self-confidence. The program teaches its members the importance of working as a team and everyone has an opportunity to lead as a team captain during training. The program can be useful for young motivators looking into new ways to get in shape, build self confidence, or for those inspiring to compete from local to the national level. The program is linked with USA Boxing therefore its members have an opportunity to get sponsored, nationally ranked, payed, and travel as they develop in their skills. The sky is the limit! For constant updates and any last minute or schedule changes please refer to the Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing Facebook Page. For any questions please reach out to Coach Herc at 908-565-3394. It will run Mondays and Wednesdays starting February 23rd for ages 13-17 and will practice from 4pm-6pm. Adults will be Mondays and Tuesdays 6:15pm-8:15pm at the PAL Boxing gym on West Farms Road in Howell. Please keep in mind that some Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays will be scheduled for competitions and sparring. Please keep in mind that if you do need to cancel we do ask for two weeks notice. Any cancellations please email Joanne at jmandracchia@howellpal.org and she can remove your registration so that you dont incur any future monthly fee.
  • Spring T-Ball

    Tee-ball is a fun, non-competitive introduction to baseball/softball for young boys and girls (ages 4-6/7) focusing on basic skills like hitting off a stationary tee, running bases, and fielding, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun over scores. Players use softer balls and lighter bats, everyone bats and plays the field, and the goal is learning fundamentals like hitting, catching, and basic rules in a simple, supportive environment. Players should wear sneakers, no cleats since they will be on the turf field. They will need a glove and bat. They can also bring water in case they work up a sweat!
  • 2026 Track & Field

    This program is designed to be a self-improvement program. The objective is to improve your own personal times each week they are recorded, while building stamina and strength, through the various activities covered during the course of the program. A long distance lane will also be provided for those who are interested in this field of training. Tentative Schedule of Events Week 1: Introduce and practice the 50, 100, 200 & 400 meter events Week 2: Introduce baton passing & relay Week 3: Begin recording times for the 50, 100, 200 & 400 meter events Week 4: Practice baton event and continue timing events Week 5: In house track meet! Don't miss the 15 minute warm up session - designed to reduce the possibility of injury Please have participant wear sneakers, loose attire * provide your own water bottle. ***Please use bathroom facility prior to attending program***
  • K-5 BattleBots & STEM Playground

    Join us for the Howell PAL K–5th BattleBots/Pet Bot & STEM Playground, students design, build and program LEGO robots for exciting challenges inside the Battle Arena and creative mission. Working in teams, engineers explore mechanics, sensors, coding, and strategy while testing and improving their creations through repeated rounds of design. Each will meet the level of the students experience. Classes may be repeated, allowing returning students to tackle advanced builds, programming and brand new challenges. Trophies will reflect Level reached.
  • Little Kickers Instructional Soccer Clinic

    Come out and join us for some fun on our turf soccer field! This program is an instructional program that utilizes fun activities to introduce basic soccer skills without the pressures of the competitive nature of the game. Activities are designed to teach skills like dribbling, shooting and becoming familiar with the soccer field. Please have the kids wear shin guards and cleats.

  • Princess Dance Camp

    Step into a magical week of movement and imagination at our Princess Dance Camp for ages 3–5! From 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, little dancers will enjoy a fun-filled morning of ballet class, princess-themed games, crafts, and coloring activities designed to spark creativity and confidence. Each day includes time for a parent-provided snack and plenty of opportunities for friendship, storytelling, and playful learning through dance. The camp will conclude with a special dance showing on the final day, where families are invited to watch their little princes and princesses shine! For added convenience, campers may stay for supervised lunch until 12:30 PM for an additional $10 per day (lunch must be provided by parents).
  • Creative Movement Dance Class

    Creative Movement Dance Class – 4 Week Session! Let your little one explore the joy of dance in a fun, supportive environment! Our Creative Movement Dance Class is designed especially for children ages 3–5 and focuses on building confidence, coordination, and creativity through movement. Each class is age-appropriate and engaging, filled with: Fun music and imaginative movement Dance games that build coordination and listening skills Props like scarves, rhythm sticks, parachute, and instruments to keep kids excited and involved Activities that encourage creativity, balance, and self-expression Our goal is to help children fall in love with movement while learning the basics of dance in a playful, pressure-free setting. Class Schedule: Thursdays from 9:00 – 9:45 AM Ages: 3–5 years old Price: $100 for the full 4-week session On the last day of the session, families will be invited to watch a mini performance where dancers can show off what they’ve learned!   • STEM Carnival & LEGO Robotic Camp

    STEM Carnival & LEGO® Robotic Amusement Park Camp (summer) Campers will engineer and design their own LEGO®-style robotic carnival games and amusement rides using motors, gears, and creative problem-solving. While students won’t be able to ride the amusement rides they build, they will get to test and play each other’s STEM Carnival games throughout the week. In addition, our STEM Playground will be open for exploration, including VR experiences, drones, educational Minecraft, APP creation, and coding their own video games. On the final day, campers will use the tickets they’ve earned to select prizes! Celebrating creativity, teamwork, and engineering achievements in a fun, hands-on way!
