  • Adult Tap Class

    A one hour class for beginners through advanced students. Class begins with basics exercises to develop rhythm and coordination and advances with the students capabillity. The classes consist of floor work, progression and dance routines from simple to production. All participants should wear leggings and a tight shirt or leotard and tights.
  • Headd Strong Boxing

    Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing is a yearly program that develops the youth in discipline, leadership, and self-confidence. The program teaches its members the importance of working as a team and everyone has an opportunity to lead as a team captain during training. The program can be useful for young motivators looking into new ways to get in shape, build self confidence, or for those inspiring to compete from local to the national level. The program is linked with USA Boxing therefore its members have an opportunity to get sponsored, nationally ranked, payed, and travel as they develop in their skills. The sky is the limit! For constant updates and any last minute or schedule changes please refer to the Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing Facebook Page. For any questions please reach out to Coach Headd at 908-565-3394. It will run Mondays and Tuesdays starting January 6th. Ages 13-17 will practice from 4pm-6pm, Adults will be 6:15pm-8pm at the PAL Boxing gym on West Farms Road in Howell. Please keep in mind that some Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays will be scheduled for competitions and sparring. Please keep in mind that if you do need to cancel we do ask for two weeks notice. Any cancellations please email Joanne at jmandracchia@howellpal.org and she can remove your registration so that you dont incur any future monthly fee.
  • Gentle Yoga

    Gentle Yoga is a relaxing workout that is made for the beginner and/or those with special health needs or weight restraints. All state mandated guidelines concerning COVID-19 will be followed!

  • Adult book club

    This is a free community program for adults who love to read and meet new people in the community! Please make sure that you have already read the book when you join us at book club. Books are not provided. This is a free program but we do ask to bring a shareable snack when coming to discuss this months book selection. For our September 10th meeting we will be discussing,The Paper Palace by Miranda Cowley Heller. This is a free program but we do ask that if you register and are unable to make it that you email jmandracchia@howellpal.org. We cant wait to meet you and discuss the book of the month.
  • Helping Hands Art & Exercise

    Helping Hands Art and Exercise program is designed for with people autism and other developmental disabilities aged high school to adult. Our goal is to provide a comfortable environment that helps develop social, cognitive, emotional, and physical awareness and to prepare for life after high school. We incorporate job training into all components of our programming. Creating art, marketing, packaging our products, and register training are just a few skills worked on each week. Art Gallery Sales are well attended in the community with our artists greeting guests and working in the Art Gallery Store
