  • Headd Strong Boxing

    Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing is a yearly program that develops the youth in discipline, leadership, and self-confidence. The program teaches its members the importance of working as a team and everyone has an opportunity to lead as a team captain during training. The program can be useful for young motivators looking into new ways to get in shape, build self confidence, or for those inspiring to compete from local to the national level. The program is linked with USA Boxing therefore its members have an opportunity to get sponsored, nationally ranked, payed, and travel as they develop in their skills. The sky is the limit! For constant updates and any last minute or schedule changes please refer to the Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing Facebook Page. For any questions please reach out to Coach Headd at 908-565-3394. It will run Mondays and Wednesdays starting February 23rd for ages 13-17 from 4pm-6pm. , Adults will be 6:15pm-8:15pm on Mondays and Tuesdays at the PAL Boxing gym on West Farms Road in Howell. Please keep in mind that some Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays will be scheduled for competitions and sparring. Please keep in mind that if you do need to cancel we do ask for two weeks notice. Any cancellations please email Joanne at jmandracchia@howellpal.org and she can remove your registration so that you dont incur any future monthly fee.

  • Helping Hands Art & Exercise

    Helping Hands Art and Exercise program is designed for with people autism and other developmental disabilities aged high school to adult. Our goal is to provide a comfortable environment that helps develop social, cognitive, emotional, and physical awareness and to prepare for life after high school. We incorporate job training into all components of our programming. Creating art, marketing, packaging our products, and register training are just a few skills worked on each week. Art Gallery Sales are well attended in the community with our artists greeting guests and working in the Art Gallery Store
  • Mens Summer Basketball

    This league will play on Friday evenings at Oak Glen Park. If the weather is bad we will then move to the gym at Southard school. The earliest game will be at 6:30pm. The end times will depend on on how many teams sign up. Each team will need a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 12. When completing the online registration, please be sure to have the following for each player: Cell phone number Email address Allergies (if applicable) Emergency contact The roster will freeze after week 4 of the regular season. Teams may not add any players after this time. Please ask for list of rules prior to the first game so that your team is aware of all the rules prior to the season starting. Dates won't be changed and if your time on the schedule doesnt work it is up to your team to get a switch. All players must sign a waiver form before playing! If a member of your team doesn't have one signed prior to the first game they will not be allowed to play. Late additions may not be able to receive a jersey due to time constrictions from the manufacturer.     The Howell Police Athletic League has been in existence since 1979. We focus on creating a positive atmosphere bringing law enforcement and children together. PAL has many sports, recreational and educational activities available for all age groups. This is all possible due to the continuous, caring and generous support of our community. The Howell PAL is not just an organization, it's one big family. Please join us for our Annual Golf Outing!
