    By selecting to enroll in this you are registering for Boys Spring lacrosse. Please make sure you are registering for the BOYS program. For BOYS Lacrosse, there are separate registrations for Grades K-1, Grade 2, Grades 3-4, Grades 5-6 and Grades 7-8. Please be sure you are selecting the correct one for your student's grade as the prices are different. Registration will close on 1/31/2025, failure to register before deadline will result in a $15 late fee.   • Dance - Preschool (Boys/Girls 3 -5yr olds) Ballet and Tap Combination Class

    A one hour combination class includes 1/2 hour of ballet and 1/2 of tap. The class is especially geared for the pre-schooler, making learning fun. The class includes fun children’s songs and dances, simple ballet positions and steps for coordination, and tap steps for rhythm. The school year runs from September through May 30th. Classes are $50 a month. There is a yearly registration fee of $30.00 per dancer, $50.00 per family (if registering 2 or more students, please contact our team for assistance). Classes are paid for at the beginning of each month. All female dancers need a leotard tights, pink capezio lilys and capezio 625 Black Patton leather tap shoes. Male dancers need a tight shirt and black shorts or pants, capezio black lilys and black capezio Tic Tap Toe Tap Shoe. *Please choose the correct class based on your child's current age* Any questions regarding the program classes or costumes please reach out to Miss Sheryl at howellpaldance@hotmail.com

By popular demand, the Howell PAL Theater Company will be running musical theater dance and voice class for those who want to sharpen those dance moves for future auditions and learn voice techniques. The class will focus on learning choreography and songs from different musicals.

    This is a combo class of Actors Toolbox, Musical theater, dance & voice class with Ms. Gillian Bryck and Howell FPAC student teachers. By popular demand, the Howell PAL Theater Company will be running musical theater dance and voice class for those who want to sharpen those dance moves for future auditions and learn voice techniques. The class will focus on learning choreography and songs from different musicals. The time of this class will depend on the ages. Younger ages will be 4pm-6:30pm and older students will be from 5:15pm-7:30pm. Ms. Bryck will be in contact with more of that important information.

  • Headd Strong Boxing

    Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing is a yearly program that develops the youth in discipline, leadership, and self-confidence. The program teaches its members the importance of working as a team and everyone has an opportunity to lead as a team captain during training. The program can be useful for young motivators looking into new ways to get in shape, build self confidence, or for those inspiring to compete from local to the national level. The program is linked with USA Boxing therefore its members have an opportunity to get sponsored, nationally ranked, payed, and travel as they develop in their skills. The sky is the limit! For constant updates and any last minute or schedule changes please refer to the Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing Facebook Page. For any questions please reach out to Coach Herc at 908-565-3394. It will run Mondays and Tuesdays starting January 6th. Ages 13-17 will practice from 4pm-5pm, Adults will be 5:15pm-7pm at the PAL Boxing gym on West Farms Road in Howell. Please keep in mind that some Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays will be scheduled for competitions and sparring. Please keep in mind that if you do need to cancel we do ask for two weeks notice. Any cancellations please email Joanne at jmandracchia@howellpal.org and she can remove your registration so that you dont incur any future monthly fee.
  • Actors Toolbox

    Please see the different class options listed. There are solo classes or combo classes available. If you want two classes you must register under either option 4 or 5 depending upon your child's age. Please see the class titles and descriptions below. Option 1: Actors Toolbox Level 1- ages 6-8 Actors toolbox theater class is run by with Ms. Gillian Bryck and the Howell FPAC student teachers. This dynamic theater arts program is designed for children who enjoy theater and are eager to learn. The class will teach the “basics” of acting for the stage; including warm-up techniques for voice and body, improvisation, theater games and following stage direction, as well as solo and group scene work. Students will develop their abilities to learn in-depth scene study, memorizing lines, while creating characterizations through solo and group scene work. This class is a one hour weekly class. Option 2: Musical Theatre Dance & Voice Toolbox - ages 6-16 Musical theater dance & voice class is run by with Ms. Gillian Bryck and the Howell FPAC student teachers.   • Young Women in STEM Club

    The Young Women in STEM Club is a PAL club in which members meet twice a month for 3 months to advance their knowledge in areas of science, technology, engineering, math and promote scientific thought. Members will meet with guest speakers, engage in fundraisers, complete games, projects or lab exercises regarding the various STEM fields. Open to middle school and high school girls interested in STEM. Meetings will be every other Wednesday starting January 8th from 5pm-6pm. You do not need to attend a Howell school to join!
  • Gaming Lego Brick Robotic, Code your own games and STEM Playground

    Welcome to the extraordinary journey of creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration in our Gaming Lego Brick Robotic and STEM Playground! Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students will unleash their imaginations, participate in our STEM Playground while constructing marvelous robotic Lego brick models inspired by physical and electronic games! Beginners and experienced participants will be met on their level with Lego Brick Robotics kits and programming tools. Hands-on activities will teach them to connect motors, sensors, and other components, bringing their physical and electronic games Lego Brick-inspired creations to life. From building a robot, to recreating and coding your favorite video games, they'll apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.   • Women's Self Defense Class

    Self-defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks. Join Howell PAL in their 90 minute Women's Self Defense class. Class is being taught by certified instructor Fred Bauer Fred Bauer, Director of the Gung Ho Chuan Association (GHCA) and 2nd Regent of the American Society of Arwrologists, holds a 5th degree black belt and is a Self-Protection expert. (Ret.) Corporal Bauer is a career law enforcement officer with over 29 years of experience. Twenty of those years were spent serving with the tactical operations unit, MOCERT (Monmouth County Emergency Response Team). Mr. Bauer as conducted overseas operations and VIP protective details in Bosnia, Kosovo and Kenya. Additionally he has trained members of President Hamid Karzai’s Protection Detail, US Air Marshals and members of the Jordanian Special Forces and Home Guard. His credentials include: US Marine Corps Close Combat Instructor, State Dept. certified DT Instructor, International Police Task Force DT Instructor. Mr. Bauer authored American Arwrology: The Science of All-Out Hand-to-Hand Fighting and is contributing editor for Raider magazine.
  • NFL Co-Ed Flag Football Spring

    Flag football isnt just for boys. All are welcome to play co-ed NFL flag football at Pal. There’s no contact allowed. That includes tackling, diving, blocking, and screening. Instead, players wear flags that hang along their sides by a belt. To “tackle” the person in possession of the ball, the opposing team needs to pull one or both of their flags off. What's exciting is we will also be playing on our new turf field! While flag football rules are designed to keep players safe, you’ll find that they also create an engaging, fast-paced version of football without the physical contact. The time will be determined for each grade once registration is closed so we can make sure each team gets their own time.
  • Little Kickers Instructional Soccer Clinic

    Come out and join us for some fun on our turf soccer field! This program is an instructional program that utilizes fun activities to introduce basic soccer skills without the pressures of the competitive nature of the game. Activities are designed to teach skills like dribbling, shooting and becoming familiar with the soccer field. Please have the kids wear shin guards and cleats.
