  • Boys Lacrosse (Spring)

    By selecting to enroll in this you are registering for Boys Spring lacrosse. Please make sure you are registering for the BOYS program. For BOYS Lacrosse, there are separate registrations for Grades K-2, Grades 3-4, Grades 5-6 and Grades 7-8. Please be sure you are selecting the correct one for your student's grade as the prices are different. Registration will close on 2/11/2026, failure to register before deadline will result in a $25 late fee and the possibility of not receiving a uniform in time. Registration: Registration fee includes - field maintenance, referee fees, tournament fees, uniforms, field maintenance. All players are responsible for the purchase of their required equipment. ALL PLAYERS GRADES 3-8 ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REGISTERING WITH USA LACROSSE https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership BOYS Lacrosse Instructional Clinic K-2 grade $115 which INCLUDES 1 stick, t-shirt, and soft rubber ball (NO other equipment needed) BOYS Lacrosse 3rd-4th grade $235 which INCLUDES 1 JERSEY/SHORT SET ONLY.     The Howell Pal Youth Leadership Council has been in existence since 2002 starting with a few members and over the years has grown to become an outstanding group of young adults all with dedication and desire to serve their community. The 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month we are meeting in person.
  • Boys Lacrosse Summer Skills Clinic

    Skill sessions will be run by the Howell HS coaching staff as well as alumni and current college players. Positional skill work and development will be the focus. Come get reps! Make sure to bring a helmet, gloves, sticks and cleats! Please choose carefully as we are offering the 3 day clinic OR you can just register for 1 or 2 dates!

    The Howell Pal Youth Leadership Council has been in existence since 2002 starting with a few members and over the years has grown to become an outstanding group of young adults all with dedication and desire to serve their community. The 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month we are meeting in person.
  • Headd Strong Boxing

    Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing is a yearly program that develops the youth in discipline, leadership, and self-confidence. The program teaches its members the importance of working as a team and everyone has an opportunity to lead as a team captain during training. The program can be useful for young motivators looking into new ways to get in shape, build self confidence, or for those inspiring to compete from local to the national level. The program is linked with USA Boxing therefore its members have an opportunity to get sponsored, nationally ranked, payed, and travel as they develop in their skills. The sky is the limit! For constant updates and any last minute or schedule changes please refer to the Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing Facebook Page. For any questions please reach out to Coach Herc at 908-565-3394. It will run Mondays and Tuesdays starting January 6th. Ages 13-17 will practice from 4pm-6pm, Adults will be 6:15pm-8pm at the PAL Boxing gym on West Farms Road in Howell. Please keep in mind that some Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays will be scheduled for competitions and sparring. Please keep in mind that if you do need to cancel we do ask for two weeks notice. Any cancellations please email Joanne at jmandracchia@howellpal.org and she can remove your registration so that you dont incur any future monthly fee.

    Program designed to focus on fundamentals including dribbling, passing, shooting, and team play. Players have to the opportunity to showcase abilities both individually and in a group setting. This program is open to all Middle School South students no matter the skill level! All players will stay after school and report to the gym. All will either get a ride home or sign up for the 3:45pm late bus. You must sign up on your IPAD in the morning each day if you plan to take home a late bus.

  • K-5 BattleBots & STEM Playground

    Join us for the Howell PAL K–5th BattleBots & STEM Playground, a fun and engaging hands-on program where young creators explore circuits, AI design, drones, Educational Minecraft, and LEGO® Robotics while building and battling their own kid-friendly robots. Each week students learn new STEM skills through playful challenges, teamwork, and problem-solving with plenty of opportunities to get creative and think like real engineers. The 6-week series ends with a trophy and Battlebot selfie!

  • Spring T-Ball

    Tee-ball is a fun, non-competitive introduction to baseball/softball for young boys and girls (ages 4-6/7) focusing on basic skills like hitting off a stationary tee, running bases, and fielding, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun over scores. Players use softer balls and lighter bats, everyone bats and plays the field, and the goal is learning fundamentals like hitting, catching, and basic rules in a simple, supportive environment. Players should wear sneakers, no cleats since they will be on the turf field. They will need a glove and bat. They can also bring water in case they work up a sweat!
  • Little Kickers Instructional Soccer Clinic

    Come out and join us for some fun on our turf soccer field! This program is an instructional program that utilizes fun activities to introduce basic soccer skills without the pressures of the competitive nature of the game. Activities are designed to teach skills like dribbling, shooting and becoming familiar with the soccer field. Please have the kids wear shin guards and cleats.
